Random Shooting in L.A.

A video camera is stolen and passes from one owner to the next, and each of them records a different slice of life in Los Angeles. The stories range from a family vacation to teenagers, gang members, a troubled marriage and two friends and a Russian prostitute, all seen through the camera's lens.
