Told as a true crime documentary, with police footage, crime scene evidence and interviews, about the hunt for a serial killer known as Mr. Shiny in California's Inland Empire. Detectives Joe Kirby and Lexi Taylor have chased him for years - and when the ritualistic killings start again after a long silence, the case starts pointing toward something far older than one man. From Stuart Ortiz, co-director of Grave Encounters.
