Mermaids: The Body Found

A marine biologist and his research team investigate mysterious underwater recordings and are called to a whale stranding in South Africa. There they find the remains of an unknown animal that could be tied to human origins. The film is styled as a real science documentary, with expert interviews, amateur video and a claimed government cover-up.
