Tom Riley buys a house cheaply at a sheriff's sale, planning to fix it up and sell it for a profit. But the 21 security cameras around the property soon catch things that can't be explained, and Tom is convinced something in the house doesn't want him there. Made by Nigel Bach for just $300 in his own house with a phone and security cameras, it became a cult hit on streaming and the start of a long series of films.
