Three Puerto Rican film students making a university documentary on urban legends stumble onto a strange ceremony in an old cemetery. A nurse who likes to plant cameras at haunted places joins them, and a stranger's tip leads the group to an abandoned hospital. There they find more than their project was meant to uncover.
