A group of YouTubers plans to spend 24 hours in an abandoned sanatorium near Berlin and film the whole stay for an online challenge. Their old friend Theo, who knows the site, gets them in - on the condition that they don't reveal the location or use the internet while they are there. They set up cameras all over the building and hear stories of deaths, wartime crimes and paranormal activity, and soon strange things start to happen.
