Sealed Video 9: Uniform Grudge

A compilation of supposedly real submitted videos that TV stations were too wary to broadcast. Segments include a taxi dashcam that records a late-night hit-and-run, a voyeur's footage of a woman in a flat across the way, and a shelved documentary about a raided peeping room. The series' narrated, investigation-style presentation ties the clips together.
