A filmmaker, his girlfriend, a female colleague and their wealthy producer spend a weekend in an isolated cottage in Wales to shoot a documentary about its haunted reputation. The cameras catch their arguments and a growing love triangle as odd things happen in the house. The film is presented as the footage from a project that was never completed.
