On Halloween night 1992, the BBC goes live from 'the most haunted house in Britain', a family home in north London where a mother and her two daughters say a ghost they call Pipes is terrorising them. Michael Parkinson hosts from the studio while viewers phone in. Presented as a real live broadcast, it caused a national uproar - the BBC received around 30,000 calls and never showed it again.
