The last tapes of the millennium: a punk band sneaking into the venue where another band died in a fire, a sorority pledge buried alive as part of her initiation, a chaotic kids' TV game show that goes very wrong, teenage boys spying on their neighbor, and two friends filming a witches' ritual on New Year's Eve 1999 who end up somewhere much worse than a party.
